The choices of motorcycle jackets available today are varied and plentiful. Styles are as unique as their designers, and modern synthetic materials give the biker an added option over the standard leather jacket, a tried and true material for protection against the elements and the road

When making a decision on the purchase of a new motorcycle jacket, there are basically three areas of consideration that come into play, with various degrees of magnitude:

  • the style of jacket preferred by the individual consumer
  • the comfort and durability of the style and material used
  • protection against the elements of wind, water, and temperature, as well as against the road

By today’s standards, most of the major motorcycle apparel manufacturers have come to agree on a common set of characteristics that tend to the specific needs of bikers as learned over the years. Many of these needs vary with personal taste, and will vary with the type of riding being done, and the individual priorities of the discerning consumer.

To begin with, lets discuss the different styles of motorcycle jackets that have made the biker culture into a sub category of the fashion industry.

For Motorcycle Jackets, Style Counts

While it may seem frivolous compared to the dire consequences of safety and protection, motorcycle fashion has evolved into distinct styles that offer the consumer choices based on just what kind of riding is being done, how often, and in what kind of weather.

As is its nature, the fashion industry has come up with just the right piece of clothing, tailored to fit your kind of riding, and making sure you are looking good doing it! Lets look at some of the general styles available.

The Traditional Classic Motorcycle Jacket

The traditional motorcycle jacket first came on the scene in 1928 in the form of the double sided Perfecto, manufactured by Schott NYC. Through the years the Perfecto style has been improved upon in many ways, but the basic traditional style remains a constant.

The traditional motorcycle jacket has enjoyed wild bouts of popularity in the fashion world.  In 1958 Marlon Brando debuted the style in the film The Wild Ones, and subsequent appearances in films by James Dean and others have brought the jacket in and out of style throughout its history. Perhaps because of the kind of films it was portrayed in, the traditional motorcycle jacket has taken on a somewhat bad boy image, a rebel type personality, or even a criminal element, consequently gaining or loosing cool points, depending on your side of the fence.

While fads and fashion trends go in and out of style, for the biker community, the classic motorcycle jackets popularity is based not on its cool good looks, but on its practicality

Traditional style motorcycle jackets have become classic mainly because the material they are made of, leather, is and remains one of the best form of protection from the elements. More importantly, it provides a second layer of skin between the biker and the rough surface of an asphalt road, reducing the likelihood of painful skin grafts in the event of an unfortunate skid across the road.

Of course, leather jackets can be made into many different styles, but what makes the classic motorcycle jacket unique for bikers is that it tends to the bikers needs. Plenty of storage is provided for with cargo pockets, inside pockets, and the generous use of zippers and snaps in the form of pockets, air vents, sleeve cuffs, and snap downs.

The modern motorcycle jacket is designed with an eye on the various positions a biker might find himself in. Slightly longer arm length provides for a more comfortable ride when leaning forward, and the backs of the jackets provide for some extra length so they dont ride up in the same position.

The option of side laces makes for a snugger, warmer fit in the cold months, and the better traditional motorcycle jackets will have an insulated zip out lining, making it a jacket for all seasons.

One particular aspect of most traditional motorcycle jackets that pretty much defines the look, is the inclusion of a belt. Classic motorcycle jackets that include a belt opt for a half belt more often than not, with a large buckle in the front. Full removable belts complete with belt loops are available on some jackets. Practically speaking, a belt is good for tightening up the jacket, and to keep it from flapping around at high speeds.

Throughout the years, the traditional style motorcycle jacket has catered best to the needs of the biking community by providing a tough and durable jacket that conforms to the unique positions only a biker would find themselves in. With the use of heavy duty hardware, this classic style provides for plenty of places to put things (to counter the lack of such on the motorcycle itself), and includes multiple options for your comfort and protection year round.

Shocking fact: 70% of females never have an orgasm during sexual intercourse.

Yep, it’s true.

Furthermore, about a third of all females anywhere have never had an orgasm, EVER.

Again, that’s 100% FACT.

There are multiple reasons why this may be the case, and every female has a different set of circumstances for why they have never had an orgasm. Some of them are quite severe and require counselling or medical intervention, such as a history of sexual abuse, or the extremely rare cases of women who cannot orgasm based on medical problems.

However, for most women, the reason they have never orgasmed is very simple – they just haven’t met a man who can help them reach the “big O”.

The reality is that women love sex. Way more than any guy ever could. Think about it. If you had ten THOUSAND times the amount of touch receptors in your skin, as well as the ability to have multiple orgasms all night long, don’t you think sex would be better for you too?

However, women usually need a man who can lead them to orgasm. They’ve been told all their life that it’s “dirty” or “slutty” or “wrong” to be forward at all in the areas of romance and sex. It’s always the guy who has to go over and talk to her, the guy who has to get her number, the guy who has to initiate the sex. In the same way, it’s the guy who has to help them reach orgasm.

So how does this relate to you?

It’s simple. You need to take control of her sexual pleasure. That’s not to say that she should just lay there and do nothing – in fact, that’s a really quick recipe for disaster – but rather that you have to take the initiative during your sexual activiites.

Whilst whole ebooks can be (and have been) written on the subject of pleasing a woman during sex, I’ve written one myself in fact, which you can check out by clicking on the link in my author bio.

Having said that, in the space of this article, I will at least try to give you some really cool step by step female orgasm techniques, so here we go:

1. Build Sexual Tension/Attraction

You need to build attraction and sexual tension before you even start getting down to things. Women are very perceptive creatures and often know a lot more about us than we like. The way you think about yourself, the way you dress, the aftershave you are wearing, and so on all contribute to how this woman feels about you. And to be really, really good at making her feel really, really good, you need to build a strong attraction SEXUALLY. This is important because many women don’t think about sex in the same way we do – they will sleep with someone because they “like” him, but because they’re “attracted” to him sexually, probably largely because most women haven’t gotten in touch with that really sexual part of themselves yet.

Exactly HOW to go about creating that sexual attraction is a subject all in its own, and it can be very hard to describe on paper. The best advice I can give you in such a short space is to believe you are desirable and sexy. That will project to her through thousands of subconscious signals and she will pick up on it. If you try and walk the walk without having the mental attitude to back it up, you’ll just be putting the cart before the horse – and she’ll see right through you.

2. Get Her To Relax

One of the biggest factors in women not being able to orgasm is that they’re not relaxed. During sex they’re worried that their hair is bad, they are ugly, the lighting makes them look bad, their stomach looks big from that angle… whatever. It may be hard for us to understand, but it does happen.

The best way to combat this is to get her to relax and to feel comfortable around you. Try joking around with her, putting her at ease, all that sort of stuff. In addition, if you find she’s tense, just focus on doing something that makes her feel good that isn’t necessarily sexual – massages are fantastic for this purpose, but there’s a lot of other things that can work really well too – like just talking to her.

3. Be In The Driver’s Seat

As we have discussed, most women won’t advance things out of fear of seeming too “forward”. So that means its up to you to take things to their natural conclusion. During each stage of the sexual process, from building tension, to light foreplay, to heavy foreplay, to the actual sex, you will need to guide her through each of these stages. Be firm but gentle, and if she says “no”, then listen to her and stop. If she doesn’t, however, take that as a green light to keep going.

4. Take Your Time

Nothing is more of a deal-breaker for a girl’s orgasm than a guy who just wants to get naked and play “hide the sausage”. You need to be more concerned with every single thing you are doing making her feel really, really good. Every part of a girl’s body is very sensitive and receptive to any touch you might want to bestow upon it, so have fun. Nibble on her earlobes. Run your hands all over her body. Talk dirty to her (but not too dirty, keep it tame at first). run your tongue over all the parts of her body that you are willing to. All these things help gradually build her into a sexually receptive mindset, which is when you can begin to really make her feel good.

5. Foreplay is Important

Once she’s really starting to get horny – for example, she’s breathing heavy, moaning a bit, you’re both naked, and her vagina is wet and probably a little red and swollen – it’s time to start making her feel good. Begin with some more “heavy” foreplay. Try fingering her or, if you and her are comfortable with it, going down on her. Don’t stop until she’s either had an orgasm (preferably more than one) or she just can’t take it anymore and has to jump you.

You will find, at this point, that giving her orgasms is probably very easy, provided you pay attention to what she likes and what she doesn’t and adequately use the clit and her G-Spot. These issues are, obviously, far too detailed ot be written about in this article, but my e-book does include a thorough analysis of how to make her feel really good using these two areas (and everything else, for that matter).

As you might have noticed, an orgasm is the end result of a long result of effort applied in the right way. It takes work and preparation, but with the correct knowledge, you can easily give any woman an orgasm any time she wants one, in any position. The frequency and power of those orgasms will certainly increase with your skills improving, however, and that’s why I recommend you seek out ways to further improve your knowledge – and then put it to the test. I’m sure she won’t mind.

Different women experience menopause in different ways. While there are some experiences that everyone can expect to have, for most, menopause is a lonely journey. With such a wide array of potential symptoms, from depression to weight gain to general feelings of unease, it’s hard to create a single form of medication that’s applicable to every woman.

But there is one solution: Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Called BHRT for short, it won’t cure menopause, or even put it off, but it will alleviate those unpleasant symptoms. And though it’s been around for almost two decades, BHRT only recently gained popularity as a reliable and healthy way to combat the natural effects of aging.

Before BHRT prescriptions came along, doctors would prescribe synthetic hormones, which were often designed by pharmaceutical companies. But because these synthetics are foreign to the human body, they carried unwanted side effects with them. What’s more, the synthetics couldn’t be fine-tuned to the body chemistries of individual patients, so there was no guarantee that a given symptom would be addressed.

Unlike synthetic hormones, bio-identical hormones are derived from natural sources, and thus match the formula of those hormones already in your body. BHRT prescriptions are designed to mimic your body chemistry perfectly, which makes the entire menopause experience — from beginning to post-menopause — easier on your body and mind. Since every woman’s body chemistry is different, every BHRT prescription is different. A good compounding pharmacist can work with you and your health care provider to determine the best course of action for you.

So how can you decide whether a bio-identical hormone replacement therapy prescription is for you?

Learn the ropes. All women experience menopause in different ways, but there are some common symptoms that can tip you off that it might be your time. Has it been more than two or three months since your last period? (As a corollary to this question: Are you sure you’re not pregnant?) Do you seem to be gaining weight despite eating right and exercising? Are you having trouble sleeping?

Know your symptoms and medical history. Compile a list of your symptoms to bring to your doctor. Figure out your most pressing concerns, and what kind of changes you’d like to see. Your doctor may ask you why you’re pursuing a BHRT prescription — be prepared to answer her.

Talk to your doctor. If you’re between doctors, this may be the perfect time to find one who’s familiar with BHRT. Since it’s still somewhat new, there may be doctor out there who aren’t well-schooled in it, or who don’t support it.

Learn as much as possible. Read more than just this article. Google is your friend here, and so is your doctor. Before making the final leap, learn everything you can about bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

If you have a child that has behavioral problems, you may think that they have ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. However, before putting a stamp on that diagnosis, it’s important that you get a proper evaluation and diagnosis for them. That way, you will be able to get the right treatment for them.

This is important because there are other conditions that they may have besides ADHD. Some of the same symptoms of this disorder are also found in other conditions. You have to know how to treat this correctly. Otherwise, you will be wasting your time. If the diagnosis is inaccurate, it can cause problems for you and the child.

Some of the child behavior problems that children face with this disorder include: constant talking, fidgety, can’t play well with others, and exhibiting impulsive behavior. These are all symptoms; however, it doesn’t mean that they have ADHD.

Contact their pediatrician to provide an initial evaluation. You can also ask that a psychiatrist that works with children be involved. Of course, after the pediatrician does their assessment, they may suggest that a psychiatrist be involved anyway.

They will go through the child’s history and conduct a physical examination. They will also ask you questions regarding their behavior. With a physical exam, they are able to find out things that are going on with them.

So, if they squint their eyes constantly, it may mean that they need glasses and not having the disorder. There are many symptoms that are used to diagnose other conditions. Just because you may think it’s related to the disorder doesn’t mean it’s etched in stone.

They also have to go by the guidelines of information provided by professional medical groups in order to diagnose them with ADHD. The diagnosis has to be accurate in order for the child to receive the proper care.

There are a lot of children that have behavior problems, but that doesn’t mean that they are suffering from this disorder. It is crucial that this is done correctly and proper treatment given to them. The sooner the outcome of this, the sooner you can take action.

If they get the wrong diagnosis, they could get treatment for the wrong condition. What if you had medicine or other treatments? That would definitely work against you and the child. It’s important that you have qualified pediatricians and medical specialists that can help you determine if they have it and how you can best help your child.

Star tattoos are excellent choices for getting inked. There are various options you have for star tattoos. Here are 3 excellent star tattoo ideas.

1. Nautical star.

The nautical star tattoo has a rich tattoo history. Starting with navy men who got this design inked as a symbol for strength, guidance and finding ones way home from safely from battle, the nautical star has continued to be popular throughout the years. Punks, military, mixed martial arts fighters and many other groups have chosen the nautical star as their favorite choice of ink.

2. Modern star.

There are many modern star tattoo ideas that you definitely want to look into if you are looking at star designs. Some of these can really pop out, while other modern designs are great for background or accompanying other designs. While the nautical star is more classic, the modern star is more of a current style with many variations. Online tattoo galleries will have excellent examples of modern star designs.

3. Multiple stars.

Star tattoo ideas do not have to be limited to just one star. Matter of fact many feel that getting multiple stars is the way to go. There are very few tattoos that you can get away with having duplicated within the same tattoo space as you can with stars. Multiple stars can stand on their own, or they can accompany a different image. Some people make sure to leave space for additional star tats to be added in the future. Sometimes each star will represent a person, a situation, or a life changing experience in a persons life.

Here’s a typical scenario:

You’re absolutely certain that your spouse has been cheating – and cheating for some time. He/she is showing many of the most common signs of a cheating spouse. So where should you proceed from here? What are the next steps?

Before you start making plans to follow your spouse around, you should take a step back and re-examine the evidence you have thus far. It is a credible? Powerful? Or is it simply circumstantial? It’s crucial that you establish your reasons for wanting to gather evidence against them. If you’re marriage the damage caused can be irreparable.

If you’re fairly certain that your spouse is fooling around with someone, you’ve got to make a plan and start taking action as soon as possible. The longer you leave things, the more involved your spouse will become with the other person.

Not all evidence is created equal. As you start your quest for proof against your spouse, you’ll notice that much of what you gather will be mediocre. In other words, document you were to approach your spouse with such weak evidence, they would have no trouble denying it. This is not what you want. You want proof that is so indisputable that your spouse will have no choice but to admit everything. If you approach them with weak evidence, not only will they deny it, but any future evidence gathering will be put in jeopardy. Once you alert them to the fact that you’re on to them, they’ll make sure that nothing is ever left to be found.

So where do you find such powerful evidence?

There are three places to look:

1. Physical evidence such as paper receipts and movie stubs can be service in your spouse’s pockets or in their car.

2. Computer evidence such as their browsing history and chat logs can be gathered, provided you have sufficient access to their computer log-on.

3. Cellphone evidence. Of all the evidence available, the contents of your spouse’s cell phone could prove to be pure gold. The one obstacle you need to overcome is finding an appropriate time to access their phone. If you manage to do this, you’ll want to write down every number in the address book and recent calls history. Check the last number they called by simply pressing the send button. Also, access their text messages and see if there’s anything suspicious. Don’t be surprised if their cellphone history is always erased. If they have something to hide, they’ll make sure that their phone is “clean.” Don’t worry though, if you continue to check this on a regular basis, it’s only a matter of time before you find something they’ve forgotten about.

Are you wondering who that cell number belongs to? Enter it Here to find out!

Burma has a long and dark history of oppression, which started on August 8, 1988. The “8888 Uprising” as it is called was a national peaceful revolution demanding democracy that University students launched to let their voices be heard against the corrupt government in the capital of Rangoon.

The protests ended on September 18, 1988, after a bloody military coup by the State Law and Order Restoration Council (SLORC). Thousands of monks and students were killed by soldiers who used bayonets in an effort to keep the matter quiet and out of the media.

Thousands were killed on the infamous named “Red Bridge” when the military fired upon a student protest while it was crossing until the bridge itself was red with the students’ blood. During the crisis, activist Aung San Suu Kyi emerged as a national hero and has since been recognized as a the leader of the democratic movement in Burma (now known as Myanmar).

The September 2007 Saffron Revolution was again led by monks and students who oppose the oppressive regime leading Myanmar. A wave of anti-government protests started in Myanmar (also known as Burma) on August 15, 2007 and are ongoing thanks to the abusive military junta who continue to incite the people. Sources say the immediate cause of the protests was mainly the decision of the ruling junta, the State Peace and Development Council, to remove fuel subsidies, as IMF and World Bank recommended, increasing the price of fuel by as much as 100%.

The three times I went to Burma I encountered a very corrupt economy in which foreigners upon entry into the country are made to exchange $300 USD upon entering. In return a visitor receives FEC (a foreign currency of sorts which is utterly worthless anywhere else in the world). Once you have your FEC you than need to exchange them for chat within Burma as the Burmese people use chat rather than the government’s FEC which the government basically instituted to cleverly shave off a fraction of foreign spending before it begins.

September 2007 crimes against humanity were led by the junta security forces who began raiding monasteries across the country to quell the protests, arresting at least 200 monks in Yangon and 500 more in the northeast. Security forces raided at least five Buddhist monasteries. Several monks were injured, bleeding, and forced into a vehicle during a clash with the security forces.

The army raided four monasteries in Yangon and arrested several monks in an attempt to bring leading activists “under control” after which they turned their attention to civilian protesters. Security forces are reported to be preparing to use insect spray to crack down on protesters. Eyewitnesses said fire engines and insect spray carrier trucks were seen near Theingyi market in downtown Yangon. The BBC reported that fire crews were ordered to fill their machines with insecticide.

According to several news media the armed forces gave the protesters 10 minutes to disperse or face extreme action. The radio station Democratic Voice of Burma reported that nine civilians, including Japanese photo-journalist Kenji Nagai was shot and killed by the armed forces.

Soldiers fired both into the air and directly at students marching toward a high school in Tam We township in Yangon. Primary school children were inside the school at the time and were reportedly hit by bullets, as were parents arriving to pick up their children. Eyewitness report 100 people were shot. Up to 300 of the students outside were arrested after a military truck rammed into the crowd.

Although the former US ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton told BBC that China is the key to political change in Myanmar, no boycott of the Olympic games soon to take place in China is happening. No economic pressure is being applied to China to provide an incentive to deal with Myanmar.

With China quietly supporting the ruling junta in Myanmar and the United States passively approving, the United Nations needs to take the lead along with other nations.

If you look back through recent years, you could probably identify one defining hair coco chanel quotes for women that summed up a particular decade. A very quick synopsis of the history of hair over the past four decades might go something like this; Twiggy’s bob defined the Sixties, the flowing locks of the Flower Power era was the over-riding influence for the Seventies, the mullet (and other strange apparitions) in the Eighties and that “Rachel from Friends” cut for the Nineties.

However in the ‘Noughties’ it seems as if a more eclectic taste has hit the Brits, and for Spring 2008 particularly it seems that there is no one defining style. In fact, anything goes. This could be because more than ever before, celebrity hairstyles will influence the rest of the nation’s hair, and celebrities tend to change their locks on a regular basis in order to constantly update their image.

This trend for a chameleon-like image for celebrities began with Linda Evangelista, who only seemed to really become one of the original super models after dramatically shearing off her locks and going brunette in the late 1980s. The organisers of the big catwalk shows promptly dropped her, but within months she was appearing on the covers of all the influential magazines.

For this year, the bob is quotes coco chanel on trend – but it is not just one type of bob. Victoria Beckham’s “Pob” could quite arguably have been the style of Autumn 2007 and may continue into 2008 but now will experience competition from the “Kob” – Kylie’s softer, more feminine version. So, the bob is back in force – from razor sharp bobs to soft sculpted bobs – there’s a style to suit every image and every face shape.

There are just some people who can never lose their flowing tresses, so if long hair is your thing but you still want to be en vogue, just add curls for a romantic feel. In addition, a big hit for this season is the sophisticated ‘up-do’ – perfect for long hair. They were on the catwalks everywhere as well as being seen on the red carpets of many a glittering celebrity bash – people everywhere are taking a note of the hairstyles as well as the dresses at the award ceremonies these days. If you’re thinking of an up-do then plaits and french pleats are two of the hot looks for Spring – a la Kate Hudson at the BAFTAs.

And finally, whether your look is sharp and edgy or soft and feminine, fringes are also a key look for this season, whether its blunt bangs or a soft sweeping side-parted fringe.

Whichever shape or cut you coco chanel quotes it seems there is no doubt that you will need your versatile straighteners to the ready – primping, preening, straightening, curling – it’s all going on this Spring. Just make sure you don’t spend so long on your hair that you miss the party!

The average shirt worn by a man is typically designed to serve a purpose: as a covering. It gives protection, and acts as a temperature regulation mechanism. However, even in these designs primarily aimed at pragmatic use, there can be found a lot of trends in fashion. Think back to the paintings of the classical painters wearing their collarless shirts with roomy, billowing sleeves. Compare that to the button-down shirts worn as formal attire in the twentieth century. As the marketplace becomes more and more global, it seems that men’s shirts and fashions are changing faster than ever.

One of the most interesting developments in men’s shirts and fashion of the 20th century was the development of the polo shirt. Some people have come to also call this a tennis shirt. It was actually invented by Rene Lacoste in 1929. Who was Rene Lacoste? He was a famous French tennis player.

The polo shirt provided a loose alternative for the tennis player to the rigid dress shirts they had traditionally worn. The commercialization of the polo shirt really didn’t peak until Ralph Lauren developed its Polo collection in the 1960s. This Polo collection stayed in fashion for many years. In fact, it was popular so long that it came to be considered a common clothing category. It isn’t worn by tennis players much anymore, but the polo shirt is still seen among common people of many cultures.

Another one of the interesting examples of men’s shirts and fashion for study is the granddad shirt. This shirt has maintained a long era of popularity. The granddad shirt is a collarless shirt that is ideal for staying cool on warm days. It is not surprising then that its popularity has remained the greatest in the hotter areas of the world, such as South Asia.

In India, the granddad shirt became very popular under the rule of Jawaharlal Nehru in the 1950s. This Indian Prime Minister could often be seen wearing one of these shirts, even at formal occasions. In America, the granddad shirt could be found on Sammy Davis Jr. Later these shirts could be found on the trend-setting actor named Steven Segal. Still today, many stars can be seen wearing a bohemian version of the granddad shirt, with bright colors.

The button-down formal shirt has remained popular through all of these developments in men’s shirts and fashion. Its history is long enough that it is hard to precisely pinpoint how this example of men’s shirts and fashion came into being.

One of the proposed theories on the origin of the button-down shirt is traced back to an English polo match. Players had clipped down their collars to keep them from blowing around in their faces.

Another theory of the origin of the button-down shirt maintains that it was invented in New York City. Again, this theory maintains that a man was annoyed by the wind flapping his collars in the wind so he added buttons to hold them down.

While button-down shirts are mostly worn to convey some level of formality these days, at various times they have also been considered to be fashionable men’s shirts for more relaxed settings. In the more casual settings, these shirts can contain all sorts of designs on them. Hawaiian-style button-down shirts have been popular for casual settings for many years now, particularly during warm weather.

Tommy enjoys wearing Lacoste Polo shirts any day of the week and Lacoste sunglasses on sunny days.
