Have you committed a fashion crime or two with your business clothing? Who hasn’t? From overcoming the dreaded muffin top bulge to covering up peek-a-boo lingerie, these expert tips will help you overcome common wardrobe blunders.
1. Revealing too much, as in baring your midriff: Blame it on Britney Spears, but low-rise pants are amongst the biggest business no no’s in a professional environment. To prevent the world from getting a view of your midriff, add a tank or close-fitting shirt under your top layer. You’ll stay warmer while adding visual interest to an outfit.
2. Over-the-pants bulge: Otherwise known as the muffin top, this is the spillover effect from pants that are too tight at the waist. What to do? Go one size up. We all like to think we are a size smaller than we really are, but when it comes to pants, you always look slimmer when they fit well and don’t create any bulges.
3. Visible lingerie: Good lingerie should be invisible. Wear nude, not white undergarments with white pants or a white shirt. To get rid of panty lines, check out some of the newer styles of seamless underwear.
4. Gaping blouse: If your favorite blouse is gaping at the seams, here’s a quick fix: a small piece of double-sided tape placed between each button will keep gaps closed and prevent any embarrassing peek-a-boo moments.
5. Too tight clothing: Painted-on pants, and too tight tops are not for the workplace. Wear clothing that fits, but is not overly revealing
6. Frumpy and forgettable: Ditch the dowdy pants and sweaters that are functional but boring, like the turtleneck paired with Mom Jeans. These items don’t flatter you, and project the message that you have no style.
7. Still in high school: A miniskirt, cartoon t-shirt and big hair make you look like you never left high school. They lessen your authority and professionalism in the workplace.
8. Senior citizen pastels, cheesy fabrics, and shapeless cuts make it seem like you’re too old to care – not a good sign for the office.

Can anybody learn to be a hypnotherapist?
Complementary therapy is very much on the rise these days, probably because it is viewed by many as more ‘natural’ than the man-made intervention of medication. One of the most natural of all is hypnotherapy; it does not rely on any substances and uses simply the power of the client’s/patient’s own mind to effect an alleviation of symptoms which can be astonishingly profound.
Currently, hypnotherapy is an unregulated profession (though some would call it an ‘art’) which means that literally anybody could just start up a practice, whether or not they had carried out any formal study. The fact is, though, that they would be unlikely to survive for very long in practice without the proper resources to do the job – in order to be successful, recommendation from satisfied ‘customers’ is an essential facet of the hypnotherapist’s survival.
So, how do you set about hypnotherapy training, how do you know you’ve got good training, and what should that course teach you?
Well, obviously, how to take people in and out of hypnosis with total safety and confidence. That part of the job is so easy that anybody can learn how to do it – as long as they can have a sensible conversation with another, they can learn to be a hypnotist. But a hypnotist is not a hypnotherapist. And that’s where the quality of training is so important. In addition to hypnosis, a good course should:
- Teach you about the promotional side of the business
- Give you an understanding of the way the human psyche ‘works’
- Show you how to decide on what style of therapy is needed
- Teach you what do to if something unexpected happens
- Confer the ability for registration with a reputable professional association
- Offer total post-graduate support
As you might imagine, there’s rather more to it than that but any course worth its salt will be based around those criteria and because of this it should already be obvious that the ‘do it in a weekend’ course is going to fall far short of requirements.
A good course will comprise around 120 hours of practical and theory in the classroom (often spread over 10 months or so) and a further 450 hours of home study and assignments. Once this is completed and you have your hypnotherapy training diploma in your hand, there are ample opportunities for further study to take you to the very top of a totally fascinating tree.
Good luck!
Terence Watts makes hypnotherapy training easy with his own classrooms, consulting rooms and administrative offices at his hypnotherapy training school.

One of the lingerie items every woman needs is a bra. At the Lingerie Exposure eBay store you can find a wide diversity of brands, designs, and color to please even the pickiest persons. One can get a bra or a set comprising of a bra and matching panties, bikinis or briefs. Lingerie in general and bras and sets in particular seem to be the preferred gift especially for certain holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas. They are also one of the number one gifts men give women when they celebrate the couple’s anniversary.
If the black or red lingerie is considered a classic but yet very sexy, the bras and sets can be chosen according to the buyer preferences or the beneficiary preferences. If the material and the color can be nice even if they are not the most wanted by the beneficiary, the size is the one that matters the most. If you decide to buy a bra or a bra and panties set you should make sure you know the exact size. For a man there is nothing more embarrassing than buying the wrong size of lingerie for his loved one. One should not be satisfied with guessing or approximating the size.
There are different ways to find the size of a bra. Of course the easiest one is to go to a store and try one. But what happens if the one you like is available only online? Looking at the size of the bras you already have might not be very helpful because bras are made in different countries and they have different ways of sizing their products. However the most common bra conversion charts offer sizes from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France and Italy.
A conversion chart is available online and offers information about the cup size and the band size. However in order to be able to use it you must know your size at least in one of the countries sizing methods. If the cup is the same at almost all sizes in all countries, the band size differs according to the system measured used. For example in the United States the band size is given in inches while in Europe is given in centimeters.
A bra conversion chart is very important when you purchase the bras online. They are not only important for the bras, but also for the bustier or other pieces of lingerie that cover your breasts. Most of the online stores that offer famous brands lingerie like Victoria’s secret, Felina, Lily of France, Wacoal or Warner’s offer size charts and measurement formulas so that you can get the size you usually wear without actually trying on the product. Of course most of the times the items bought online like the ones purchased from the stores have a return period and can either refund you or send you the right size of bra that you actually need.

You can find plus size strapless bras in styles ranging from push-up, hidden wire bustier, and lace seamless convertible. For those truly daring, sexy plus dresses or tops, you’ll want to try the multi-use, self-adhesive, strapless, backless bra.
Plus Size T-shirt Bra

Plus Size Racerback Bra
Plus size gals won’t have to worry about visible bra straps under sleeveless shirts and tanks when wearing a plus size racerback bra.
The racerback bra was named after those racing-type bathing suits that competitive swimmers wear. The straps on a racerback bra meet in a V type shape on the back, between the shoulder blades.
Also known as a t-back bra, plus size racerback bras are designed with front closure, adjustable straps and underwire support.
Plus Size Minimizer Bra
Plus size minimizer bras are just the thing for large-size ladies who want to streamline their shape just a bit, to look great in those clingy little summer tees.

A minimizer bra works by designing a cup that distributes the breast flesh more towards the underarm and the center front. A minimizer only shifts the mass in areas other than directly into reduce the bust by one cup size.

Some women choose to work up until the day they deliver their baby, while others stop working a month to a couple of weeks before. Regardless of which one you are, you need to have maternity work clothes after you pass the three and a half to four month point in your pregnancy. As soon as your regular clothes begin to become uncomfortable, it is time for you to purchase maternity clothes.
You would be wise to purchase clothing that is proper for the season. Clothing that can be layered is always a good option. You can add or take off layers with the changing weather. This is a good way to stretch your budget and moderate your own changing body temperature.
It’s key to mix and match clothes for work. Fashion mavens want to look as good while they’re pregnant as they did before, and why shouldn’t they? Purchase several pairs of pants in neutral shades, such as tan, black, gray, navy and brown. A nice skirt, such as an A-line style in a neutral color, coupled with a jacket that goes with several different outfits, as well as a dress and an array of tops are really all that you need. Ensure that your bottoms are made from soft, stretchy fabrics that are breathable. Be creative if possible. Choose something with just a hint of color for summer months, but make sure it will match with as many of your separates as possible.
When it is cold outside, you may wish to consider several sweaters layered. The inner layer is often a V-neck or crew neck item, with an outer layer consisting of a long sleeved cardigan of the same color. Stylish enough for work, casual enough for an evening out. Add some attractive dark pants and new accessories, and people will certainly look twice!
Ever imagined how much better and amazing you can look even in a simple nice dress with just the right kind of accessories. No matter what your size is, it doesn’t matter if you are wearing right earrings, necklaces, bracelets etc. These accessories in general are meant to add value to your appearance but they do wonder when they are appropriately matched to your outfit.
During pregnancy, shoes can really make a difference. Even in the early stages of pregnancy, your feet can ache painfully, so when you go shopping for shoes, try to remember this and choose wisely. Black is a great choice of color as it goes great with dresses, shirts and pants. You can choose either a closed pump or a sling-back. Other shoes that are acceptable to wear to work are ballerina flats. Remember that as your pregnancy progresses, your feet might swell, so make sure that the shoes you buy are wider than you usually wear.
Always buy work clothes that are made of soft material that can breath. Make sure you avoid clothes with complicated fasteners or any irritating zippers, buttons or inseams. Aim for fashionable clothes that do not look too girlish or childish.

The second stage during a child’s development (those ages one to three, normally called toddlers) is one of the most important stages in a child’s life. This is when they learn how to talk and how to walk and when they start to understand the implications of things around them. This includes the toddler clothes they are wearing. They can now easily detect if the toddler clothes they are wearing makes you happy or unpleased. Toddlers also begin to have preference towards clothing, preference that may be channeled by what they feel and how people react. A toddler’s growth is also rapid-so this is when you may have to buy clothes more frequently. Also, at this age, children are more active and curious of their surroundings, so they tend to explore and, in the process, hurt themselves due to insufficient protection.
Because of this, they need a particular set of toddler clothes in order to fit their physical and physiological needs.
You have to first consider that rate at which toddlers grow. You have to buy toddler clothes that accommodate this growth. Therefore, you will have to buy adjustable and flexible toddler clothes such as two-piece outfits, garments without waistlines or with elastic waistlines, and basically clothes with fabrics that stretch. Shirts and blouses should also have long tails to accommodate their growth. Many parents buy clothes one season earlier (for example, buying winter toddler clothes during summer or fall). However, these clothes bought months in advance may no longer fit, since the growth development of toddlers is extremely rapid. It is wise to buy the clothes during the season or, if you really want to save money, buy the clothes at least a size bigger to anticipate the growth of your child.
You should also avoid toddler clothes that are potential fire hazards. Toddler clothes such as those with loose-fitting styles or airy fabrics, or those with loose sleeves and ruffles may be prone to fire. While you can teach your toddler not to play fire and any materials that can create flame (such as matches and lighters), wearing toddler clothes such as fit clothes, clothes with narrow sleeves, and or those made of tightly woven fabrics reduce the chance of catching fire.
Lastly, you should choose items that are easily to clean. Not only does this make your job easier; easy-to-clean clothes have a longer shelf life than those that require intensive cleaning. Hence, you should buy clothes that are machine washable, are durable to abrasions, can stretch, and those made from fabrics that no longer require ironing. Meanwhile, clothes sewn with smaller stitches and those that are satin-stitch reinforced are durable, making them appropriate for toddlers.

Accessories help create your look, it doesn’t matter how simple or extravagant it may already be by itself. Some of the most popular accessories are sunglasses, bags, socks, jewelry, hair accessories, flowers and scarves. Others not so popular, but as fashionable are gloves and hats. There are no rules for choosing your accessories, but here we offer some tips to help you complement your look.
Think of your body size before choosing your accessories, in general, big accessories are for big people and vice versa, but this is not a rule, some sunglasses are more glamorous when used in a big proportion compared to the size of your face. Accessories are for everyone, if you know how to rock them. Don’t be scared about using a lot of them at once but always manage to not appear overcharged since people may loose you and concentrate on your big necklace and earrings. Accessories are for complementing your clothes, not competing with them; if your dress is very elaborate with beading or print, try to use small and simple accessories like stud earrings and a simple bracelet. If your dress is plain or solid, then you can go all the way with outstanding accessories to be the highlight of the night.
If you are on a budget and can’t afford the ultimate fashion trends, accessories are the easiest way to boom your style, just change them up with simple tops and include some sunglasses, scarves or hats for that chic look. Accessories change your outfit making it look glamorous, casual, and sporty or sophisticate. Before leaving your house, always look in the mirror and ask yourself what you can take off, what you can add, and then evaluate which way your look is better and exactly how you want it to be.
One of the most preferred and fashionable items is the bracelet because of it versatility and thousands of designs. The history of bracelets goes way back to 2.500 AC but bracelets were later popularized by the Romans. At the beginning, they were used by men as well as women.
Purses are a key part of the style since other than glamorous; they also have a function. There are millions of models, sizes and colors for your bag. Usually, the size should be accordingly in proportion to your body size as well; a tall woman should not wear a really small bag since it can make them look even taller. Colors and styles are a personal predilection; don’t be afraid of using bright colors even if they aren’t the exact same ones as your outfit, they add a feminine and fun touch to your aspect.
Even if shoes are part of your ensemble, the type of model you choose to wear can point out the pros and cons of your legs. Your shoes become an extension of your legs so it is extremely important to choose correctly depending on the length of your dress or skirt.

The following are travel packing tips based on experience. I have gone to other countries for a month or more with nothing but a carry-on bag that weighed ten pounds. In fact, my number one travel tip is to go light whenever you can. The simplify of traveling light makes almost any trip more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, going with only carry-on luggage is getting more difficult due to the newest rules about what you can actually carry on a plane. If you do want to keep it to just one bag that goes with you on the plane, check the latest regulations and leave behind anything that isn’t allowed. It doesn’t add that much expense to a trip to just buy these things at your destination.
In fact, buying things as you go is a great way to simplify packing. Why bring twenty things just in case you need them, and then have to lug them around for the sake of the six you actually use? If it is a vacation in particular, why not plan just a little extra expense, and buy necessities as you travel? Many have found that this is more practical and relaxing than over-planning a trip and over-weighting the luggage.
Some Other Travel Packing Tips
- Jewelry and other valuables are usually not covered by the luggage insurance the airline provides. Pack these items in your carry-on bag.
- Silk shirts can be rolled carefully so they will wrinkle less in soft-sided luggage.
- To conserve space, buy low-bulk items for travel. A down coat, for example, will compress to a fourth of the size of other coats, and keep you just as warm.
- Lightweight travel pants, made of soft nylon derivatives are very light, tough, and pack small. They are often found where they sell outdoor gear, but some styles are dressy enough for use almost anywhere.
- To bring more in less space, set aside your thinnest socks, lightest clothes and smallest items for travel. A small hairbrush may work just as well as a large one, for example. You might get to bring many more potentially useful items, and still have a smaller bag in this way.
- If you buy a bulky gift for a family member or friend back home, you may want to send it to them instead of carrying it around for weeks while traveling.
- Don’t overstuff your luggage. remember that it may be opened and inspected, and the security officials may not know how to fit it all back in.
- Don’t pack important documents, like passports and identification, in your luggage. Carry these on your person, preferably in a security pouch or interior pocket.
- Be careful when packing shampoo, perfume, skin cream and other liquids. Plane cargo areas are often not pressurized fully, so the tops can pop off of bottles and other containers. For added safety, pack such items in a sealed ziplock bag.
- Carry a list of what is in your luggage, in case you need to file a claim for lost bags.
In addition to using the travel packing tips above, have a good packing routine. For example, start by considering every circumstance you may be in during your trip, and making a list of items you’ll need. Then, after packing, consider each item, and remove anything that really isn’t likely to be used – especially if it can be easily obtained at your destination.

Your handbag style is unique and original. It’s like a finger print; it belongs to you and only you and is distinct to your exact characteristics. Oh sure, the other woman has the same exact handbag, but it doesn’t accessories the same on her and it doesn’t say about her, what it says about you! This article takes a fun and chocolate approach to personality types and the handbags that match. You may say to yourself, “I don’t know what my type is or even know which handbag is best for me.” Well, read on my sister in Handbag-dom, you’re sure to come away with a fundamental knowledge of how, not only to choose the right handbag for you, but how to assess your personality type to get the bag that exclaims – THIS IS ME!
Given that each woman is beautifully unique, here are some great suggestions on different types of handbags for the different types of personalities represented, and the statements they make… Happy Learning!
Strong, Smart, No-Nonsense, Professional Woman
A classic tote, like one from Kate Spade, a Burberry leather bag, or the Neptune bag with flap enclosure and rolled handless.
Personable, Friendly, Open Demeanor
A casual but classy look, like the Chloe Gina evening bag in nude washed leather.
A Woman with a Fun and Flirty Spirit
To show off your fun side, choose something bold, cute, or colorful; like the Juicy Couture velour dreamer tote in pink and chocolate, or the Paul Smith Polka Dot Clutch.
A Woman Who is Prepared for Anything
Go with a sleek, stylish bag with plenty of pockets and spaces to organize your essentials, like the Gucci Brit Medium shoulderbag in black suede, a large slouchy Marc Jacobs shoulderbag, or Brynne Corseted handbag.
In Tune to the Latest Fashion Trends?
Sport a large, urban-inspired bag, like a Tokidoki Zucca Handbag.
A Woman with a Sense of Classic Style
For this category, incorporate classic handbag looks with details like embossed leather and silver accents that make the handbag. The Anya Hindmarch’s Carker Patent Leather Tote or the Sydney braided leather bag.
A Woman Who Prides Herself on Her Creativity
A handbag like the Fendi printed large Palazzo bag with double shoulder straps that add interest and flair without overwhelming, is ideal for the female artisan.
A Woman Who is Known for Her Ability to Work Well Under Pressure
To show off your clear, cool, head, go with looks that offer practical function as well as stylishness, such as: the DKNY Quilted Nylon Messenger in black, or the Marc Jacobs Quilted Cord Maggie with chain handle.
What Handbag Size Conveys
Size really does matter! Some women carry a uniquely small purse, which probably contains little more than a lipgloss and a credit card. This type of handbag; dainty and under the arm says, “I am a globe-trotter. When I travel I don’t need anything more than my credit card.” (A girl should always be ready!)
However, today’s hottest handbags are enormous! Hummer-like, with loads of embellishments, grommets and rings…very rock and roll. A tribute to Jane Birken who always carried her life in her bag. Hermes created a bag specifically for her and that bag’s revival was THE bag to have. This kind of large bag acquires the rock and roll attitude that says, “‘I’m every woman, it’s all in me!”.
The Color of Your Handbag
Let’s talk about color. Bright colored handbags and accessories are often designed for young girls, but many women love color as well. Here’s a nugget of wisdom on handbag color choices: If you love color, go with color … but definitely think about what the color does for you. If you don’t look great in red, but love the color and are crazy about beet red bag – go for it! But choose a handbag with a small strap, so you’re not wearing the color next to your skin. A colorful bag can make an outfit, but too much can be too much. Follow the rule the makeup artists use – do the eyes or the lips, but don’t do both. Doing so can cheapen the effect.
